The forest
The entire inner part of Sandön is pine forest. There are no buildings and the reason for this is that the whole island is divided into narrow parts of the land owners and they may not be built on. It is a beautiful forest that consists mostly of pine, heather and moss. There are several small walking paths to walk on.
